INFORMATION ON THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Informs you that

pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR") that your data will be processed in the manner and for the following purposes:

1. LEGAL BASIS AND BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
Processing is necessary for the management of ongoing contracts with you; for these purposes, the Data Controller is in possession of your data qualified as personal data pursuant to the GDPR (for example, name, surname, company name, address, telephone, e-mail, bank and payment references - hereinafter, "personal data" "Or even" data ") communicated by you on the occasion of the conclusion of contracts for the services to the Data Controller, also in pre-contractual terms.
In accordance with the conditions set out in art. 6, par. 1, lett. b), c), d), e) GDPR, we inform you that the provision of your data is aimed at pursuing the purposes referred to in point 2) below

2. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
Your personal data are processed even without your express consent (art.6 lett. B), e), f) GDPR), for the following purposes:

  • conclude the contracts for the services rendered to the Data Controller aimed at the provision of services or the sale of
    products;
  • fulfill the pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations deriving from existing relationships with you;
  • fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by EU legislation or by an order of the Authority (such as for example in the matter of anti-money laundering);
  • exercise the rights of the owner, for example the right to defense in court;

3. METHOD OF TREATMENT
The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 no. 2 GDPR and precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing,
modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
Your personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic and / or automated processing. The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship established in relation to the purposes of the Service / supply delivered.

4. ACCESS TO DATA
Your data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in point 2) of this information:

  • to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in their capacity as persons in charge and / or internal or external managers of the treatment and / or system administrators;
  • to third-party companies or other subjects (as an indication, credit institutions, factoring companies, professional firms, consultants, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services.

5. COMMUNICATION OF DATA
Without the need for express consent (art. 6 letter b), c) and f) GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities, to insurance companies
for the provision of insurance services, as well as to those subjects to whom communication is required by law for the fulfillment of the said purposes. These subjects will process the data in their capacity as autonomous
data controllers.

8. DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS
In your capacity as an interested party, you have the rights referred to in art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights of:

  1. obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form;
  2. obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of treatment; c) the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) of the
    identification details of the owner and managers of which art. 3, paragraph 1, GDPR; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may come from them
    to the knowledge of appointed representative in the State, managers or agents;
  3. obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a)
    and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible o involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
  4. object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you a
    for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated call systems;
  5. without the intervention of an operator by e-mail and / or through traditional marketing methods by telephone and / or paper mail. Please note that the interested party's right to object,
    set out in point b) above, for direct marketing purposes through automated methods it extends to traditional ones and that in any case the possibility remains for the interested party to exercise
